Product Description: The knafa of the medina is made up of rough dough in two layers roasted with ghee, true cardamom and nuts; filled with our special cream and sweetened with cold syrup and Aeppo pistachio. it is characterized by the flavorsome creamy taste with the doughy crunch and the nuts.
